It’s tiresome to be saying “happy holidays” when clearly what I’m trying to say is “merry Christmas”.
Personally I would not be offended if someone wished me happiness in celebration for an event that I do not observe. What’s the big deal?
Anyway, I’ll be driving back to Maryland and praying the snow doesn’t come. Keep your fingers crossed!
